6. Delivery Issues

  • Valvoro is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping addresses, or force majeure events.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery at valvoroofficial@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A complete unboxing video (required for any damage claims)

    • Clear images of the damaged item and packaging

  • For missing or lost shipments, we will investigate with our courier partners. Please allow 7–14 business days for resolution.
