1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection

  • Color variation (due to screen/display differences)

  • Dislike of material or design after delivery

Please ensure you check the size chart, product description, and address details carefully before placing an order.


2. Damaged or Wrong Product Policy

Returns or exchanges will be considered only under the following condition:

✅ You received a damaged or wrong item

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • You must provide a full, unedited unboxing video showing the package from the moment it is opened.

  • The video should clearly show the shipping label, unopened packaging, and the product inside.

  • Send the video and your order details to valvoroofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Without proper video proof, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted.


3. Decision & Resolution Timeline

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process either:

    • A replacement of the item, or

    • A full refund (only if the product is out of stock).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
